However, Trinetra Tours Pvt. Ltd. is only a broker bringing to the guests services on behalf of the various providers of services. Hence, the company is not responsible for any acts of omission, misrepresentation of facts or of any short fall in services provided by the respective providers of services. Also, for any insurance claims arising due to accidents, injuries or ill health suffered during the utilization of services, the insurance policy of the service provider will be applicable. All claims and disputes would be settled as per Indian laws and within the geographical territory of India.
